Metrome / Downtown San Diego

This 184 unit, eight-story condominium offers workforce housing in a hip warehouse environment. Barratt worked closely with San Diego's Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) to create Metrome as a springboard for the area's redevelopment. Replacing an abandoned San Diego Rescue Mission Men's Center, Metrome is now a pivotal anchor of the trend-setting East Village.
